Cookie Policy

A plain answer, not a legal maze: here's exactly what eczact.com does — and doesn't — store in your browser.

We reviewed eczact.com's own code to write this page, rather than publishing a generic template. Here is exactly what we found.

1. The short answer

eczact.com does not set any cookies. There's no analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixels, and no first-party session cookie — the Website doesn't have a login system, so there's nothing to keep you signed into.

2. What the Website actually loads

  • The page itself — HTML, CSS, and a small JavaScript file for the navigation menu and the contact form. None of this sets cookies or writes to your browser's local storage.
  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) — used to load our typefaces. This integration serves static font files and does not set cookies for the way we use it.
  • The contact form — when you submit it, your message is sent directly to our server and relayed by email. No cookie is set as part of this, and nothing is stored in a database on our end (see our Privacy Policy for what we do with the message itself).

3. Why we're confident about this

This isn't a boilerplate claim — we don't run any analytics platform (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no equivalent), we don't run any advertising, and the Website has no accounts or sign-in, so there's no session mechanism to justify a cookie. If that ever changes — for example, if we add analytics to understand site traffic — we will update this page first and, wherever legally required, ask for your consent before anything non-essential is set.

4. Our products are different applications

ECZACT products such as MD Meld (live at mdmeld.performancify.com) and our other products in development — Performancify, MUEMEN, Ascend, and adaskill — are separate applications from eczact.com, often with accounts, sign-in, and functionality that does require cookies to work. This Cookie Policy covers eczact.com only; each product publishes its own cookie and privacy information covering its own use.

5. Your browser controls

Since we don't set cookies, there's nothing here to opt out of. If you'd still like to review or clear whatever your browser has stored from any site you've visited, that's controlled in your browser's own privacy settings, not by us.

6. Changes

If our use of cookies changes, we'll update this page with a new effective date rather than leaving it stale.
